Why I'm Waiting:

I actually discovered Tiger Lily from the Waiting on Wednesdays from last week (that's why this meme rocks!), and I just had to share it with you all this week. Isn't that an awesome storyline? I'm not crazy about the cover, but the idea of taking a side character from Peter Pan and making her the focus of a YA book is awesome! It's so just so unique and clever. And it just so happens that I always really liked Tiger Lily in the Disney movie, I even named some of my stuffed animals after her when I was younger haha.

I am a little nervous about how the book will be though. It's just that this is such a cool concept and I want it to be amazing, you know? I'm hoping it follows Tiger Lily and her exciting adventures in Neverland (including everything in the description) and either they rewrite the story so she ends up with Peter or, preferably, she finds another even better guy along the way. Is that too much to ask? I really hope not.
